Return Policy

  • Please call or email us to arrange for any returns at 714-980-4511 or contact us.
  • You must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip for all returns.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.  
    • Do not write on manufacturers box.  Printed labels only allowed.  No other stickers/stamps.
  • All manufacturer labels must still be in tact. 
    • This means the bar codes cannot be blacked out.
  • Parts that have been installed or used non returnable.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Any part under $11 is NON-RETURNABLE. This includes any parts not picked up that have been submitted to Toyota.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse any return parts we find have been installed, or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return shipping is to be paid by the customer
  • Original shipping is non returnable.  (This includes items with free shipping)
  • Some parts may require a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Any return request must be made within 60 days. However, you may contact us for special exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any order may be cancelled up until the time it has been shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply or may not be returnable even if not picked up.
